Answers to common questions

How do I know which packages to choose?

You should choose a plan based on your marketing needs, your business goals and your budget. For some business owners this choice will be simple but for others this is more complex.

If you are unsure which plan to choose, simply schedule a call with us and we’ll recommend a plan based on a short discussion.

Are there any additional costs for each monthly package?

There are no additional costs for the services listed in each plan, so you wont blow your budget with surprise costs or charges.

You can purchase additional services, based on your needs from month-to-month, and we will be clear and up-front about the costs for each service. Costs will depend on your needs and how long you require these additional services. You have can cancel each service after they have been provided.

What are marketing tasks?

Marketing tasks are activities that are required, either from your planning process, to launch your marketing, from optimization of your marketing or changes requested by yourself. You can request an unlimited number of tasks and, depending on the plan you choose, these tasks will be completed in sequence (ie. one after the other) or in parallel (ie. up-to 2 tasks can be completed at the same time).

The priority of tasks is determined by your planning process, launch date, urgency of changes or as directed by yourself. You can change the priority of tasks at any time but we encourage you to discuss this with your team’s key contact or your Account Manager to ensure your marketing goals can be achieved.

How long will tasks take to complete?

Your tasks will always be completed as quickly as possible but, depending on the play you choose, this can be up to 3 – 5 days. Some tasks can be completed more quickly but complex, multi-step or detailed tasks can take longer. Our focus is always to provide you the best quality solutions, that attract customers to your brand.

 If you need a task completed urgently, or more capacity for a short time, or a number of other extra services you can contact your Account Manager at any time.

How will I see which tasks are in-progress?

You will have access to or Project Management platform where all tasks for your marketing will be included. With this access, you can view tasks, request new tasks or change the priority of tasks.

What services are available to me?

Marketing services will depend on the plan you choose, but you always have the option to upgrade to another plan if you need additional services. For a list of available services for each plan please visit our Pricing page.

If you only require additional services for a short time, you can purchase additional services, based on your needs from month-to-month, and we will be clear and up-front about the costs for each service. Costs will depend on your needs and how long you require these additional services. You have can cancel each service after they have been provided.

Are there any restrictions, limitations or marketing services that we don’t provide?

We aim to accommodate most requirements from small brands but there are some marketing options and services that we don’t provide. Services such as SEO, search advertising, some display ads, streaming/broadcast advertising, TV/radio advertising and affiliate marketing are generally not supported or may have limited support.

Some plans may have limitations on complex marketing services. This allows us to maximize support across multiple services and marketing channels.

What can I expect during my regular check-in?

Your check-in is an opportunity to review work in-progress, provide feedback, give feedback, discuss changes or ask questions about your marketing. Your check-in will be with a member of your team, in some cases with your Account Manager, in others with a senior member of your team.

What if I have an issue? Who can I contact?

All plans include customer support, to enable you to reach out and have your questions answered or issues resolved. You will be connected with our support team who can help with a range of services to assist you.

If you choose a plan with an Account Manager, they can act as your liaison with our support team to help expedite outcomes, while not taking time away from your busy schedule.

We endeavour to respond to all issues within 24 hours, or earlier if possible. More complex issue may take longer to resolve, but you will always be kept updated with progress.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, we believe in providing you the flexibility to upgrade/downgrade, pause or cancel your plan at any time. If you wish to make any changes to your plan you can contact your Account Manager or customer support.

How are your costs so much less than other marketing options?

We have worked hard to reduce the cost of marketing as much as possible, to enable access for all startups, small and medium businesses. This has been achieved by using technology, optimized processes, skilled staff and best-practice utilization methodologies.  Our aim is to always provide you the maximum value for your marketing spend, on your way to achieving your marketing goals.
